"From Our Land" is an interpretative traveling exhibit about people of Japanese ancestry's (Nikkei) agricultural experiences in California from the turn of the 20th Century to the present. The exhibit addresses how the Nikkei community changed the landscape they lived on, the political climate they lived within; and how their stories are being played out in post 9/11 era.. Curated by Yuki Nishinaka Funded by the California Civil Liberties Public Education Program.
