Join us during Nihonmachi Street Fair weekend for a book signing and talk with author Lorraine K. Bannai, who will be sharing Enduring Conviction: Fred Korematsu and His Quest for Justice!
Professor Bannai served with the remarkable legal team that successfully challenged Fred Korematsu’s conviction for defying the forced removal and incarceration of Japanese Americans during WWII. She is now the director of the Fred T. Korematsu Center for Law and Equality at Seattle University School of Law.
